Nearby Parking
The Harvey Centre, opposite the theatre; The Water Gardens, near to the theatre; NCP Terminus Street, near to the theatre (24-hour charges apply in all these car parks).

The management reserves the right to refuse admission. The management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

No photography or recording of shows is allowed.

Latecomers or those re-entering the performance may have to wait for a suitable break in the show before being admitted.

Refunds can only be made on the very rare occasions that a performance is cancelled. We can also exchange tickets on the basis that the originals are returned to the Box Office and you are exchanging for another performance of the same show.

Front row seats in Block A have restricted leg room.

Certain seats in Blocks B and C may have a restricted view for certain performances.

Due to limited seating, if you have difficulty climbing stairs or need a wheelchair space, please book early and advise the Box Office of your requirements at the time of booking.

For visitors with mobility problems, we provide an entry ramp, automatic doors, lift, wheelchair seating and a disabled users' toilets.

When making a booking, please advise our Box Office staff if you have any mobility problems.

Harlow Playhouse can safely accommodate a maximum of FOUR wheelchair users in the Main Auditorium. These are adjacent to seats 1 – 3 in Blocks D and E (please take a look at the Seating Plan for exact location). For further information please speak to a member of Box Office staff.

Harlow Playhouse can safely accommodate a maximum of TWO wheelchair users in the Studio. Please speak to a member of Box Office staff if booking for a performance within the Studio.

For visitors with hearing difficulties, there there are four mini-induction loops and four headsets. Please ask a member of staff for details. Some signed performances are also held.
Disabled parking is available in all these car parks.

Opening Hours
Monday - Saturday: 10.30am - 6.30pm or until 15 minutes after the start of the show on performance evenings.
Sunday: From 1 hour before curtain up until 15 minutes after the start of the show.
Tickets
Please advise us if you require written confirmation of booking. Reserved tickets must be paid for within three days of booking.
Standby tickets are available to everybody on certain shows 45 minutes before curtain up, subject to availability.
Concessions
Concessionary rates are available on many shows to senior citizens, under-16s, students, people with disabilities, Job Seekers Allowance recipients and Playhouse Supporters Club members.
Tokens
Harlow Playhouse sells Gift Tokens in amounts of £5, £10 and £20. These are available from the Box Office.
The Playhouse also accepts Theatre Tokens.
Groups
Offers are available on some shows for those making a group booking. Check individual shows to see whether this applies or call the Box Office for more information.
