Reserved tickets must be paid for within three days of booking.

Concessions

Concessionary rates are available on many shows, to senior citizens, children under 16, students, people with disabilities, job seekers allowance recipients, Playhouse Theatre Company members and Supporters' Club members.

Standby tickets are available to everybody on certain shows 45 minutes before curtain up, subject to availability.

Opening hours

Monday - Saturday 10.30 am - 6.30 pm or until the start of the show on performance evenings
Sunday - from 1 hour before curtain up

Groups

Organise a group and receive a 10% discount on many performances - check individual entries to see where this applies 

Please note

• To comply with health and safety regulations, ALL audience members including children must have a valid ticket and must all (except wheelchair users) occupy a seat.  Babes in arms are not normally admitted. 
   

• Refunds can only be made on the very rare occasions that a performance is cancelled. We will exchange your tickets for another performance or try to sell your tickets once all other tickets have been sold. 
  

•  Due to limited seating, if you have difficulty climbing stairs or need a wheelchair space, please book early and advise the Box Office of your requirements 

Special requirements?  We can help!

• For visitors with mobility problems, we provide an entry ramp, automatic doors, lift, wheelchair seating and a disabled users' toilet 

• For visitors with hearing difficulties, there is an induction loop in the Main Auditorium, and signed performances of some events
