Harlow Ballet Association presents...

Harlow Ballet Association - Coppélia

HBA Coppelia
Wed 31st March - Sat 3rd April 2010 - 7.30pm (3pm Sat Mat)
Main Auditorium

Harlow Ballet Association are delighted to be reviving the most charming of 19th century ballets, Coppélia for their annual return to the main stage at the Playhouse. This village story of true love, magic and mischief will be presented with all the production values that audiences have come to expect from Harlow's own amateur ballet company in the version put on for them by the late Thelma Litster. This ensures that Coppélia will be a beautiful production, with its roots in the very heart of romantic ballet, but fresh, understandable and as charming today as when it was first produced in Paris 140 years ago. With full scenery, beautiful costumes and the glorious, tuneful music of Léo Délibes, this is a must for ballet fans and theatre goers alike.

Price: £12 (£7 child) - 2-For-1 on Wednesday only
